1. Custom Orders
All our jerseys are custom-made according to the details you provide (such as name, number, team, size, and color).
Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or design preference.
Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@astralynd.com with:
Your order number
Photos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
Replace the item at no extra cost, or
Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.
After 24 hours, the order enters the customization process and cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not send any items back to us without prior authorization, as we cannot guarantee receipt or processing.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank or payment account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
