1. Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-made.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time and Rates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Typical delivery estimates are:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping option.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs inspections.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
You can track your order status directly through the carrier’s website or your order confirmation email.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees required by their country’s customs office.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
The package may be returned to us or lost.
You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
We are not responsible for deliveries lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain regions may experience limited shipping availability due to carrier restrictions or customs policies.
If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution.
